How do I set up my account?
If someone has already purchased an enrolment seat for you, then you already have an account linked to your email address. If you don’t have a password you can reset it here.

How much does the course cost?
Enrolment requires a one time fee of AU $79. If buying multiple seats for an organisation, a bulk seat discount is available. Purchase 10 seats or more to pay only $49 per seat. Purchase 20 or more seats and pay only $29 per seat.  For more than 50 users the price drops to $19 per seat.

Are there additional discounts available for Not-for-Profit Organisations?
If you’re signing up as a NFP, use this application form to get an additional 10% discount.

What is a “Group Purchase”?
A group purchase allows you to buy access for your employees at a discounted rate. After purchasing your seats, you will be able to enrol others in the Child Injury Prevention E-Learning Tool in the Manage Group interface.

How do I assign a seat to a new user?
Once you’ve completed a bulk seat purchase, click on the Manage Group tab in the menu. Select your group name from the dropdown and then click on the Enroll User button. Provide the name and email of the new user and they will be sent an email with credentials to access to the course.
